Fusion Recovery’s Menands facility is a newly renovated, comfortable outpatient treatment center designed to support the work of recovery. The facility includes dedicated spaces for individual therapy, group sessions, medical appointments, and medication management, alongside communal areas and quiet spaces that make the experience of treatment feel less clinical and more human.
For patients in our Residential Reintegration Program, residential accommodations are also available on-site in a separate, secure living environment.
Fusion Recovery is one of the most comprehensively equipped outpatient addiction treatment providers in the Capital Region, OASAS-certified, OTP-certified, and one of the few outpatient programs in the Albany area authorized to administer the full range of MAT medications. Our board-certified physicians and licensed therapists treat addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions together, using evidence-based approaches that research consistently supports. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans, and our extended hours are designed around patients managing real life alongside treatment, all in a stigma-free environment where everyone receives compassionate, quality care regardless of their history.
All of Fusion Recovery’s clinical programs are delivered from this facility:
Every level of outpatient care, from detox coordination and MAT to IOP, counseling, and residential reintegration, is available at a single, coordinated facility. You don’t need to piece together care from multiple providers.
Extended weekday hours until 7 pm and Saturday morning availability mean Albany-area patients can attend treatment around work, school, and family without putting their lives on hold.
Addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions are treated simultaneously at Fusion Recovery, not sequentially, not by referral. Your clinical team coordinates every dimension of your care from day one.
A clinical culture built on dignity and respect, where every patient receives compassionate care regardless of their history with addiction.
Fusion Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. Depending on your deductible requirements and specific insurance plan, coverage for care can vary and may result in low out-of-pocket payments. Our admissions team can verify your specific benefits before your first visit, quickly and without pressure, so you have a clear picture of your coverage before making any decisions. If you have questions about cost, coverage, or what the admissions process looks like, that’s exactly what our team is here for.
Fusion Recovery’s Menands facility is centrally located to serve patients from across Albany and the Capital Region, positioned along the Broadway corridor with easy access by car and public transit from communities throughout the area. We understand that commuting to treatment is a real consideration, and our hours are specifically designed to make that commute manageable for patients balancing treatment with work, family, and daily responsibilities. Whether you’re a short drive away or traveling from further out in the region, our admissions team can help you think through the logistics before your first visit.
If you have questions about the facility, directions, parking, or what to expect on your first visit, our team is happy to help. One call is all it takes to understand your options and take the next step.
