Albany is home to Fusion Recovery’s facility in neighboring Menands, making it one of our most accessible service areas. Patients from across Albany’s neighborhoods can reach our facility quickly by car or public transit. We provide the full range of outpatient addiction treatment services for Albany residents, including MAT, IOP, medical detox coordination, individual and group therapy, and co-occurring mental health treatment.

Schenectady is one of our most active service communities outside Albany. Patients from Schenectady, Scotia, and the surrounding area make the short drive along I-890 or Route 5 to access Fusion Recovery’s full outpatient programming, including methadone, Suboxone, IOP, and addiction counseling. Our flexible scheduling and extended hours make the commute manageable for patients balancing treatment with daily responsibilities.

Saratoga Springs is approximately 40 minutes north of our Menands facility via I-87 — a commute that many patients from Saratoga County make regularly for access to Fusion Recovery’s full MAT program, including methadone through our OTP-certified clinic. For patients in Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, and surrounding areas, Fusion Recovery offers one of the most comprehensive outpatient treatment programs available within a reasonable drive.

Glens Falls and the surrounding Warren and Washington County communities are at the northern end of our service area, approximately an hour from our Menands facility via I-87. For patients in Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, and neighboring communities who are committed to accessing comprehensive outpatient MAT and IOP programming, Fusion Recovery serves as one of the more fully equipped options available within a reasonable drive.

Clifton Park patients in Saratoga County make the straightforward drive south on I-87 to reach Fusion Recovery. For patients in Clifton Park and the surrounding communities of Halfmoon, Mechanicville, and Malta, our extended evening hours on weekdays make it possible to attend treatment after work without significant disruption to daily schedules.

Burnt Hills and the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake area of Saratoga County are approximately 30 minutes from our Menands facility via I-890 and I-87. Patients from Burnt Hills, and neighboring communities in western Saratoga County access Fusion Recovery for outpatient addiction treatment, including MAT, IOP, and counseling.

Averill Park sits in the Rensselaer County hills east of Albany, a short drive across Route 43 or I-90 to our Menands facility. Patients from Averill Park and Sand Lake regularly make this commute for access to Fusion Recovery’s comprehensive outpatient programs, including our OTP-certified MAT services.

Troy is minutes from Fusion Recovery’s Menands facility, an easy commute across the Hudson River via the Collar City Bridge or I-787. Troy patients access the same full continuum of outpatient care available to Albany residents, including our OTP-certified methadone program, Suboxone and Sublocade treatment, IOP, and individual and group therapy.

Wynantskill is a hamlet in North Greenbush, Rensselaer County, minutes from Fusion Recovery’s facility via I-787 and Route 4. Patients from Wynantskill and the surrounding communities of North Greenbush and East Greenbush have quick, easy access to our full outpatient programming without a significant commute.

Melrose and the surrounding communities of Rensselaer County are a short drive from Fusion Recovery’s Menands facility. Patients from Melrose, Hoosick Falls, and the rural communities of eastern Rensselaer County can access our full outpatient programming, including MAT, IOP, and addiction counseling, without a lengthy commute.
