For patients who face barriers to in-person attendance, Fusion Recovery offers telehealth counseling, providing licensed individual therapy via a secure video platform from wherever you are.
Fusion Recovery provides a comprehensive range of addiction treatment services from our Menands facility, all delivered by a licensed, board-certified clinical team and integrated into a personalized treatment plan built around your needs. Our services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with the full toolkit of FDA-approved medications, including OTP-certified methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade, naltrexone, Vivitrol, and buprenorphine; medical detox coordination; Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); addiction counseling; co-occurring mental health treatment; substance abuse evaluations; and our NY State 820-licensed Residential Reintegration Program for patients transitioning to independent living.
From our facilities, Fusion Recovery serves patients from across Albany and the Capital Region, including Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Melrose, Averill Park, Burnt Hills, Wynantskill, and surrounding communities. Our extended hours and flexible scheduling are designed to make the commute manageable for patients from across the region, regardless of where they live or work. Fusion Recovery is one of the most comprehensively equipped outpatient addiction treatment providers in the Capital Region, OASAS-certified, OTP-certified, and one of the few outpatient programs in the Albany area authorized to administer the full range of MAT medications, including methadone. Our board-certified physicians and licensed therapists treat addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions together, using evidence-based approaches that research consistently supports. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans, and our extended hours are designed around patients managing real life alongside treatment, all in a stigma-free environment where everyone receives compassionate, quality care regardless of their history.
