DUAL-DIAGNOSIS PROGRAM
We treat the addiction and what's underneath it.
Everyone in this program has both a substance-use disorder and a diagnosed mental-health condition. That’s by design: treating addiction while ignoring depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or PTSD makes recovery harder to hold onto.
- One care team for substance use and mental health — so nothing falls between providers
- Methadone or Suboxone treatment continues while you attend
- Insurance can cover both medication and Day Rehab services
One call checks your coverage.
Insurance may cover the full program — coverage depends on your plan, and admissions will verify your benefits for you. Most major plans are accepted.
FOR PROVIDERS · PLACEMENT CRITERIA
Is your patient a fit?
- Adult (18+) with SUD and a co-occurring mental-health diagnosis
- Stable enough for community-based care with daytime structure
- Stepping down from inpatient/residential, or needs more than weekly outpatient
- May be receiving methadone or buprenorphine — treatment continues
- Lives within roughly 20–25 miles of Albany
- Court and probation referrals accepted

How long will I attend?
Most people attend 8–12 weeks. Start and finish dates are individual — participation can extend based on needs and insurance.
